Liturgy, Life and Following the Lord

Description

There is an old saying in the Church - "lex orandi, lex credendi" (the way we worship tells us what we believe). It is sometimes expanded to "lex orandi, lex credendi, lex vivendi", further deepening the implications of this truth - how we worship reflects what we believe and determines how we will live. For the Catholic Christian, liturgical worship is not "an extra." It is the foundation of our Catholic identity and sends us into the world to carry on the work of Jesus. This course will help you to see the connection between prayer, worship and witness in our lives, our families and our world.
